The Reckoning

Lift. Run. Endure. No shortcuts. No soft finishes.

The Reckoning is a multi-discipline endurance challenge designed to test total human performance.This is the test to crown the Toughest Human Alive. It tests strength, speed and stamina in its truest form.It is powerlifting contest into a foot race into a grinding work capacity test leaving no stone unturned.Every athlete must complete three phases:
1. Strength — The Lifts
2. Endurance— The Run
3. Grit— The Reps
There is no required rest. Your time keeps running until you finish.

FORMAT
> Complete all lifts
> Immediately transition into the run
> Finish with total rep requirement
> Clock runs continuously
SCORING
> Heavier lifts = more points
> Faster finish time = more points
> Finishers beat non-finishers. Always.

STRENGTH STANDARDS

🟢 LEVEL 1 — INITIATION
5K Run
200 Reps
Strength: Foundational loads (2x bodyweight)
First-timers. Prove you belong.
🔵 LEVEL 2 — CONTENDER
10K Run
300 Reps
Strength: Intermediate loads (3x bodyweight) You're not testing it anymore. You're competing.
🟡 LEVEL 3 — PROVING GROUND
25K Run
400 Reps
Strength: Advanced loads (4x bodyweight) This is where most people break.
🟠 LEVEL 4 — WARRIOR
50K Run
500 Reps
Strength: High-level performance (5x bodyweight)
You’re entering real territory now.
🔴 LEVEL 5 — THE RECKONING
100K Run
620 Reps
Strength: 6.2x Bodyweight Total
This is what the entire brand is built on.
Very few will finish.

THE LIFTS

- Back Squat
- Bench Press
- Deadlift
Athletes may choose attempt weights.
Heavier totals earn higher scores.

THE REPS

Total reps must be completed before finishing.The prescribed reps at each level are 50% burpees and 50% sandbag-over-the-shoulder toss.Sandbag weight is 50 lbs for men, 35 lbs for women.Example (Level 5):
310 Burpees
310 Pull-Ups
