How Basecamp Works

Every Basecamp follows a simple format designed to be welcoming, challenging, and fun.1️⃣ Show Up
Meet at the trailhead or park. New faces are always welcome.
2️⃣ Move Together
We start with a group run, hike, or ruck at a conversational pace.
3️⃣ Train Together
After the run, we complete a hybrid workout using bodyweight, sandbags, hills, or simple equipment.
4️⃣ Challenge Together
Many workouts end with a fun team challenge that pushes everyone a little further.
5️⃣ Build Community
We wrap up with high-fives, photos, and conversation. Many stick around to hang out afterward.
No sign-ups required. No fees. Just show up and train.
